Four Simple Questions. A Powerful Guide to Doing What's Right.

At the heart of Rotary is a commitment to integrity, kindness, and respect for others. The Four-Way Test is a simple yet powerful guide that Rotarians use to make thoughtful, ethical decisions in everyday life. By asking four questions about the things we think, say, and do, we remind ourselves to act with honesty, fairness, friendship, and concern for others.

More than just words, the Four-Way Test reflects the values that bring Rotarians together and inspire us to make a positive difference in the world.

The Rotary Foundation: Doing Good in the World

The Rotary Foundation is the charitable arm of Rotary International, turning generosity into meaningful action. Through donations and grants, the Foundation supports life-changing projects in communities around the world, including right here in Hawaiʻi. From fighting disease and providing clean water to supporting education, protecting the environment, and promoting peace, the Foundation helps people create lasting, positive change.

Living Aloha. Sharing Friendship. Making a Difference.

In Hawaiʻi, aloha is more than a greeting or farewell — it's a way of life. Rooted in Native Hawaiian culture, the spirit of aloha embraces kindness, unity, respect, humility, and patience. It guides how we treat one another, care for our communities, and welcome others with warmth and compassion.

As the Rotary E-Club of Hawaiʻi, these values are at the heart of who we are. We celebrate diversity, build meaningful friendships, and bring people together through a shared commitment to service. Whether connecting online, gathering in person, or making a difference in our communities, we strive to live aloha in everything we do.

For us, aloha isn't just something we say. It's something we share through friendship, service, and action.

Rotary isn't for everyone, and that's OK. You'll feel at home here if you:

  • Hold yourself to high ethical standards in business, service, and relationships.
  • Want to give your time and talents to make your community better.
  • See networking as building real relationships, not making a sales pitch.
  • Respect and welcome people of every background.
  • Enjoy working with others to get things done.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.
